1. Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or an error was made in the personalization.
Eligible Returns:
- Defective items (e.g., faulty production)
- Incorrect personalization (e.g., spelling errors different from what was submitted)
Time Frame:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange for eligible items.
Return Process:
- Email us at sakshiyourlittlemess@gmail.com with your order number and a description or photos of the issue.
- If the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and credited will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom or personalized products (unless defective or incorrect)
- Items on sale or clearance
3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an eligible defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product. We will process the exchange for the correct or new item at no additional cost.
All the approved exchange and damaged product will be completed within 15 business working days
4. Shipping Costs
- For returns due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For any other reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
